Hannah Lembright

Executive Director

Prior to her position as Director at Casa de Paz, Hannah most recently worked as the Program Coordinator for the Early Head Start Program at Child Focus in Clermont County. In this role, Hannah supervised, coached, and trained Home Visitors, as well as ensured quality programming was provided. She also participated in the Equity & Inclusion Team, creating and facilitating training for the agency. Before working as the Program Coordinator, Hannah started her tenure at Child Focus as the Bilingual Home Visitor of the same program. She provided in-home early childhood education, and parenting education, and supported families’ acculturation into the US by connecting them to resources.

Paulina Cruz

Family Support Coordinator

Paulina Cruz is a Latina immigrant, with a background in healthcare and social services. Prior to her position as Family Support Coordinator at Casa de Paz she worked at the Northern Kentucky Health Department. In that role, she helped the community get connected to essential resources, programs, and women’s health services while breaking language and cultural barriers. Previously she was at Versiti Blood Center of Ohio, where she was involved in collecting life-saving blood donations, training new hires, and educating the Hispanic community about the importance of blood donation. She has also worked as an EMT specializing in patients going through mental health crises.

Luisa Lopez

Family Support Worker

Currently a senior at Xavier University studying political philosophy with a concentration in political science. Advocate of human rights, social justice, and political consciousness. Prior to my position as a Family Support Worker at Casa de Paz, I worked and interned as a Legal assistant for a few immigration law firms in the Cincinnati area. In this role, I facilitated different USCIS cases, but specialized in asylum cases. In addition to those roles and volunteer work with Xavier University, I have volunteered for NewPath Child & Family Solutions.
